• REHIS have just moved offices and have a backlog of certificates. If you have not received your certificate do not worry. You would have been informed personally if you failed the exam. Be assured REHIS are giving priority to clearing the backlog

• New for 2010! REHIS Elementary Refresher Course. For those who have a certificate that is less than 3 years old this half day interactive course will update your qualification and keep you up to date with any recent changes to recognised practice.
• REHIS level 3 REHIS Intermediate e-learning Food Hygiene Course. You register for the course and the course materials will be sent out. You then work at your own pace to complete the course with telephone and email support available from EnCaT . Once you are ready an exam will be organised with a revision session to help you prepare. Only 1 day away from the workplace instead of 4!
• City and Guilds Workbooks for Staff working in Licensed premises to use with staff training are also available through EnCaT.  The Registration form can be used to order these.
