Service Description

All food businesses require to have a documented food safety management system based on HACCP. With years of experience working with manufacturers and caterers to develop systems, combined with her practical experience implementing and working with systems Sheila is well placed to work with you and your staff to assist in documenting a system that will work for you.


Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is made, the delegate is registered for the course and exam, so no refund will be payable for cancellations less than 10 days before the event. For e-learning courses the booking can be transferred to another person if the delegate does not start the course but no refund will be given.
