REHIS Intermediate Food Hygiene Course

Service Description

This qualification is designed for anyone in a supervisory or management position in an organisation which prepares and serves food. The course takes a minimum of 21 hours to complete. Following the training there is a short answer written exam and successful completion of this will lead to the award. Face to Face: EnCaT will run this course if you have a group of staff who wish to complete the training together and you should get in touch to discuss dates and costs for this. This course is run over 3 days and there are lots of exercises, discussions and opportunity for questions. e-Learning: Anyone who wishes to complete this qualification can do so using this method. All of the training including some exercises is carried out on the computer, laptop or tablet. EnCaT will provide telephone and email support. Once the training is complete the delegate is registered for the exam which will be arranged on a date and at a venue to suit. The course fee includes the exam being run in Mid Argyll. There may be extra travel and time costs if the exam is run elsewhere so please get in touch for a quote.

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is made, the delegate is registered for the course and exam, so no refund will be payable for cancellations less than 10 days before the event. For e-learning courses the booking can be transferred to another person if the delegate does not start the course but no refund will be given.
