Service Description

If you are a Scottish Personal Licence Holder this is the qualification that requires to be completed every 5 years to refresh your licence. This course involves the completion of the digital training on a computer or tablet linked to the internet. The training can be done at any time and in any place to suit yourself and you can do the training in sections. EnCaT is here to support you every step of the way. The training does not all have to be done in one go. There are assessments as you go along and once completed there is a 40 question multiple choice exam which will be arrnged at a time to suit. Successful completion of the multiple choice examination which follows the training and will be organised via zoom leads to the qualification requird to refresher your licence. Once you receive the qualification you must forward it to the local licensing Board so that your licence can be updated.

Cancelation Policy

Once a booking is made, the delegate is registered for the course and exam, so no refund will be payable for cancellations less than 10 days before the event. For e-learning courses the booking can be transferred to another person if the delegate does not start the course but no refund will be given.
